The hotel was opened in 1991 in the Berlin-Tiergarten district, an excellent location neighbouring the government area of the capital. The underground line number 9 stops next to the hotel and is only two stops from the famous Kurfurstendamm. The new main train station "Hauptbahnhof" is only 1 mile away. Numerous bus routes provide convenient connections to anywhere in Berlin. The hotel's 49 guest rooms were designed with the business person in mind. All rooms provide luxury, comfort and functionality. The average size of the rooms is 26 square metres. Almost all rooms offer a balcony overlooking the busy city or the quiet backyard and a charming little park.
