We offer guests a great location from where they can enjoy the best Colorado has to offer. We are located near several restaurants and a laundry mat which is very convenient for guests. Our rooms are designed with the guest's comfort in mind. Most have two queen beds, in room coffee makers, and remote control cable color televisions. We also offer non-smoking and handicapped accessible rooms. We have rooms with kitchens, balconies, and views of the Animas River. Sleepy Bear Honor Roll. Finally, we also have a Jacuzzi hot tub on the premises for our guests to enjoy.
