Our Inn is located less than 1/10 mile off I-95 (exit 133A or B) on US 17. This area is rich with Civil War history and Civil War battlefields. Shopping malls, outlets, fine dining, and theaters are within a few minutes of driving distance. We are 3 miles from historic Fredericksburg and Mary Washington College and only 50 miles from either Washington, DC or Richmond, VA.
